|Recommended: YesBest place to live — If Liv Avenida had townhouses, I would live here forever. Coming from the east coast, Liv makes finding community in the unfamiliar easy. I felt at home on the first day. Not one day goes by that I feel like they aren't doing their best to accommodate us and give the residents the best environment to LIVe their lives. That goes to the office staff and maintenance. Everyone is so, just cool. If its a little out of budget, take the leap, I promise you all the amenities are worth it 1000 .

|Recommended: YesLiv Review — This is a great community and very clean My only complaint is the neighbors above me seem to be heavy walkers and it’s very loud We are right by the stairs and can hear everyone going up down.

|Recommended: YesAmazing staff and apartment — We looked at a few different apartments and this surpassed them all. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They offer a wide range of activities and really want you to feel part of a community.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I’ve only lived here a few days thus far but everything was exactly as i was told. The grounds are awesome, the amenities seem to have no issues, and the staff is incredibly helpful. From my short experience so far i have nothing bad to say.
